About The Program

All Together Program

Miranda Holder and Madeline Davis Tully are excited to introduce a new leadership development opportunity to empower women rowing coaches. The All Together Program provides a holistic, tailored, and transformative experience, fostering a community of women rowing coaches equipped with innovative leadership skills. This program offers a unique opportunity for a small group of dedicated coaches to embark on a transformative journey.

Throughout six virtual group sessions centered around transformational learning, participants will explore innovative leadership strategies tailored to the unique experience of leading as women rowing coaches.

Empowerment Through Connection

Participants will establish a robust network of female rowing coaches, creating a community of support and a valuable resource for ongoing collaboration and professional growth.​​

Holistic Leadership Development

Coaches will gain a deeper understanding of their leadership skills and style through self-reflection and shared insights within the cohort.

The program provides actionable structures, tools, and strategies to develop and enhance leadership skills.

 

Participants will be equipped to navigate challenges specific to rowing coaching and develop a leadership approach that aligns with their strengths and values.

Energy/Physical Management

Participants will create personalized approaches to manage their priorities effectively. They will explore their boundaries and uncover what gets in the way for each of them.

The program addresses the unique energy demands of coaching, helping coaches create and experiment with strategies to maintain resilience throughout the demanding spring season.

The focus on energy management extends beyond professional life, encouraging a holistic approach to well-being.

Program Objectives

About Your Coaches:

Miranda Holder

Miranda Holder is a leadership coach who works with individuals through leadership and career transitions. She also works with teams on decision-making and sustainable and resilient energy management, helping them navigate uncertainty and ambiguity.

 

Miranda loves the intersection between brain and body, science and art, and works with clients to lead differently from the inside out. As a former elite-level rower, collegiate head coach, U.S. National Team coach, and yoga instructor, she brings unique experiences and a high-performance approach to leadership and professional development.

Miranda received her leadership coaching certification through Georgetown University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a certified Narrative Coach and Integrative Development Practitioner through the Moment Institute.

The Details:

Program Structure: Six 60-minute group sessions (virtual via Zoom), one per month for six months with a small group of participants and two facilitators.

Dates & Times: January – June 2024, with TBD specific dates once the group is selected. We will determine a time that works best for all participants.

Cost: $500, paid either upfront all at once or $90 per month.

Madeline Davis Tully

Madeline Davis Tully is an expert in leadership and performance development. She knows elite performance and how to bring it out of others. A graduate of Princeton University, where she was team captain, All-American, and a national championship rower, Madeline spent 13 years coaching Division I women’s rowing at Stanford University, The Ohio State University, Boston University, and the U.S. National Team, where she won multiple national and conference championships.

 

As the Founder and Principal Coach at MDT Leadership, she is a certified leadership coach who specializes in helping others become the leaders, and people, they want to be with a lighthearted and direct approach to personal accountability. Madeline believes everyone is capable of building the lives they dream of and that we all, on occasion, could use someone to walk alongside us on that journey.

 

Madeline is also the founder of the Women’s Coaching Conference, the first-ever all-women’s rowing coaches conference in the U.S.
